Rope Flow Meditation

This is a simple partner exercise which is very loosely inspired by bondage. We will work with ropes, but without tying knots or restricting our partners. The ropes will glide across the skin or clothes, creating a calming stimulation. They will also act as a medium, so we won’t touch our partners directly unless they consent to that. Deceleration and relaxation are the two main goals of Rope Flow Meditation. No previous experience is necessary.
