More about the Festival (press + below for details)
Who is the ManToManifestation Festival for?
If you identify as a man, whether gay, bi, trans, queer or straight, and would like to drop into a safe and supportive space where men uplift, encourage and are affectionate and loving towards one another, and where you will learn how to be freer to express your eroticism and sexuality – come to the ManToManifestation Festival!
What is the goal and theme of the Festival?
The goal of the ManToManifestation Festival is to inspire intimate and authentic connections between men and help create a more loving and supportive GBTQ community.
The theme of the festival and focus of the workshops and rituals will be men’s spirituality and sexuality.
What is the Festival about?
Our intention is to facilitate men meeting themselves and each other in a place of acceptance and support. Providing an environment where men can connect and play.
The festival is open to gay, bisexual, and transgender men. All workshops and rituals will be given in English (although some of the workshop facilitators will be multi-lingual).
With this festival, we, the organizers, are trying to build a stronger and healthier gay community in Amsterdam. With less of a focus and need for going to bars or hooking up on internet apps and a greater focus on nourishing connections.
The weekend will start by bringing conscious awareness and respect to our own and other’s boundaries. The weekend hopes to provide a safe haven for self and interpersonal exploration into deepening connection. With ourselves and each other.
Please note that, although some of the workshops may contain nudity, this is not an opportunity or invitation to have sex at the venue.
And at the same time, we embrace and celebrate our sensuality and sexuality!
So if our story resonates with you in some way, please sign up for our newsletter and we will keep you posted on how the festival is shaping up!
The festival is drug and alcohol-free and welcoming and inclusive to men of all backgrounds and orientations.
And if you have any suggestions for rituals or workshops that you would like to experience during the festival, please send them to us!
